For more than 30 years, Linda Kandler has been helping people find not just houses, but homes. A full-time residential Real Estate Broker, REALTOR®, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), Linda combines deep knowledge of the Eastside market with a genuine passion for guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.
Raised in Western Washington in a family active in both real estate and construction, Linda brings a lifetime of perspective to her work. She attended Western Washington University and Seattle University, where she studied psychology and mental health services, training that sharpened her listening skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through the sometimes stressful process of buying or selling a home.
Linda began her real estate career in Winthrop in 1991 and has since built a reputation for skilled negotiations, thoughtful education of buyers and sellers, and creative, effective marketing of listings. Her clients consistently describe her as detail-oriented, hardworking, and deeply trustworthy.
Today, Linda specializes in Providence Point and Eastside communities, where she has lived since 2014. She not only knows the neighborhoods and homes, but also understands the lifestyle, amenities, and HOA structures that are so important to her clients.
Linda and her late husband, Ed, a retired federal judge, became proud Providence Point homeowners in 2014. They shared a love of traveling, exploring Washington State parks, and spending time with their children, grandchild, and Cairn Terrier, Åsa. Today, Linda continues those traditions, while also pursuing her passion as a self-taught artist who designs jewelry and art, showing her work in local galleries and online.
Within the Providence Point community, Linda serves as president and director of the Garden Village HOA Board. She is also active in the Providence Point Kiwanis Club, the Garden Village Social and Building Maintenance Committees, and enjoys community activities such as Book Club and Communiversity classes.
